Question Details:

after i completed the square i was able to get it in this form


i tried parts it didn't work, Decomposition takes me right where i started. i think trig substitusion is the way to go but i need help on that one.

I think partial fractions decomposition is the way to go

It would be in the form (Ax+B)/(x^2+2x+10) + (Cx+D)/(x^2+2x+10)^2
