Converting the current sources into voltage sources, the circiur will be as shown below
The 5A current source in parallel with 6Ω resistor is replaced by a voltage source = (5)(6) = 30V in series with 6Ω
The 4A current source in parallel with 8Ω resistor is replaced by a voltage source = (4)(8) = 32V in series with 8Ω
The current I in the circuit will be
The voltage across the 4Ω resistor will be

Response Details:
Using Mesh analysis
Current through 6Ω is I + 5A
Current through 8Ω is I - 4A
Applying KVL to the loop
12 = 8 ( I - 4) + 6 ( I +5) + 4I
12 = 8I - 32 + 6I +30 +4I
18I = 14
I = 0.78 A
Voltage across 4Ω will be
V = 4I
V = 4(0.78) = 3.12V
