AC voltmeters are normally designed to measure the rms value
Therefore
B) rms value Vrms = 10 volts
A) The peak value VP = √2 Vrms = (1.414) (10) = 14.14V
C) The peak to peak value Vpp = 2Vp  = (2) (14.14) = 28.28V
