RC phase shift oscillator has three RC stages. With R1 = R2 = R3 = R and C1=C2=C3=C,
The frequency of the output of a RC phase shift oscillator is given by
f = 1 / 2π√6 RC
Then, C can be calculated as
C = 1 / 2π√6 Rf
C = 1 / (2)(3.14)(2.45)(10000)
C = 6.5 * 10-6
C = 6.5μF
Thus u can choose C1=C2=C3=6.5μf
