Question Details:
Design a circuit for control of lights. There are 3 inputs: Reset, start and clock. Three outputs: Red, Yellow, Green, which are used to turn on the lights. Only one light can be on at any time. Reset forces the circuit into a state in which the red light is turned on. When Start is activated, the red light stays on for a t least one second longer, then the yellow light is turned on. The yellow light stays turned on about one second and then the green light is turned on. The green light stays on for at least three seconds and then the red lights is turned on and the circuit returns to its reset state.
