  Okay here are  the explanination  please  if you have any dobuts in my calculation   let me know :
 first  I used double angle identity to figure out cos2t. then I   substituted 1 and change calculation mode to  radian. for  calculator  changes from degree to rad . There fore after making the trig identity and changing calculator mode to  rad . the rest is  algebra .
