A unit step function kind of?

Question Details:

Okay there's the circuit I'm working with it is asking to find Vc(0+) the answer is 1V but my biggest question is when you start solving this circuit you can turn the unit step current source into a current source with a value of 1 A. Can you combine the inductor value with the unit step current source to get the 1 A current source.
