Its really very simple. The first stage of this signal conditioner is a inverting amplifier that has a bulk gain -50. The next stage is a summer which has different input gains, -20 and -0.5. So in the output, you get 1000Vi -1.

Is this what you asked for? Or am i missing something?

Well your not but I am, the rest of the question -
Implement this block diagram into actual circuit using your familiarity with operational amplifier.  You can come up with your own resistor values for your circuit.
