Ve=Fcos60 * 70sin60 
you have the x and y components for F and since the x component is the same as the neutral axis, its moment is zero. So, that only leaves the y components; is that reasoning correct?

and the forces acting on the structure. uaing all the general stress formulas , moment  calculations,
the value of 'e' is determined. howerver the all the related formulas are there in the answer posted.
