Car B is towing car A with 15-ft cable at a constant speed of 30 ft/s on an uphill grade with an angle of 5 degrees when the brakes of car B are fully applied causing it to skid to a stop. Car A, whose driver had not observed that car B was slowing down, then strikes the rear of car B. Neglecting air resistance and rolling resistance and assuming a coefficient of kinetic friction of 0.9, determine the speed of car A just before the collision.
