Body Weight (BW) = 175 lbs.
Load of Lift = 33 lbs.
Hand-to-body Distance = 22 in.
Forward Flexion of Spine = 45 degrees
Center of Mass for Upper Bosy Weight = 10'' above L5/S1 along spine
Location of Erector Spinae= 2'' behind L5/S1
Note: assume the most extreme lifting posture position for the lifting task
