Question Details:
A student proposes to measure the gravitational constant G by suspending two spherical objects from the ceiling of a tall cathedral and measuring the deflection of the cables from the vertical. Draw a free-body diagram of one of the objects.

If two 105.0 kg objects are suspended at the lower ends of cables 50.00 m long and the cables are attached to the ceiling 1.000 m apart, what is the deflection of each object? (Use 1.000 m for the distance in the gravitational force and assume that the deflection is extremely small.)

Response Details:
Now angle is θ and tanθ = F/mg
whereas F is gravity force = m1*m2*G /d^2
d= distance, m1 and m2 are masses ,G is gravity constant
tanθ = (m1*m2*G)/(d^2 *m*g)
solve for theta
θ = 4.1 *10^-14 degrees it is really small very close to zero

OK then I misunderstood but you can very easily find the rest.
If the length of the cable is 50 meters and you are deflected by that much angle, your deflection is from geometry:
deflection = 50m *sinθ
deflection = 3.5*10^-14 m
