Using the right hand rule, you can determine that the force will be out of the page on the right side and into the page on the left side.  this will cause the right side to move out of the page.


right hand rule for the right side.  point your fingers in the direction of velocity (the direction of current) and then curl them towards the direction of the B-field.  when you do this, your thumb will point in the direction of the force, which in this case, is out of the page for the right side.
