If 35.0 MW of power at 43.2 kV (rms) arrives at a town from a generator via 3.10 Ω transmission lines.
a. Calculate the emf at the generator end of the lines. (2 points)
b. Calculate the fraction of the power generated thatis lost in the lines. (3 points)

Clarification Details:
Everything makes sense to me except the very last part.  Since 2.03e6 W is the power lost to the lines, wouldn't the fraction of power lost to the lines just be 2.03e6 W / 35.0e6 W = 0.058 or 5.8% be the fraction of power generated that is lost to the lines.
