A light ray is propagating in a crystal where its wavelength is 599 nm. It strikes the interior surface of the crystal with an incidence angle of 30° and emerges into the surrounding air at 74° to the surface normal.
1/μ=sin30/sin74=>μ=1.922
so speed of light in the crystal=3*108/1.922=1.5608*108m/sec
A)  Find the light's frequency.
frequency=1.5608*108/599*10-9=2.605*1014Hz
B) Find its wavelength in air in nanometers
wavelength=3*108/2.605*1014=1151.63nm
