 mass m = 26.6 kg
distance s = 9.54 m
angle θ = 32o
μ= 0.21

 
  The net force isFnet = Fcos32  - μ[mg + F sin32]

  The work done on the block is
          W = Fnet .s
              = {Fcos32  - μ[mg + F sin32] }s
 Substitute the values.
