You get karma points for different types of activities, like answering another member's question on the Q&A board, submitting a solution, challenging a solution, adding a resource or referring your friends. You can redeem your points for cool rewards.

Refer-a-Friend
  • You can earn 10 karma points when you refer a friend who signs up as a Free Member.
  • You can earn 100 karma points for a friend who signs up as a Premium Member.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, provided that the referrals are legitimate and do not amount to an abuse of the Karma Points Program, as further described in the

Answers
You earn karma points based on the rating awarded by the member who asked the question, their membership status, and the difficulty level of the board.

You can earn a maximum of 15 karma points per Challenge submission. The exact points awarded per activity are determined by the sole discretion of our SMEs.
