Gamma Function - Any help is a life saver!!!!

I know that this realates to the gamma function, but I am really struggling with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Consider the random variable X has a probability density function as:

where α>0 and β>0

a) Find the mean and variance of X
b) What is the distribution of X when α=β=1.
