Response Details:
(a)ΣP(K)=1   to be a pmf
Hence
P(0)+P(1)+P(2)=1
b+2b+3b=1
b=1/6
(b)P(K<2)=P(0)+P(1)=1/2;   P(K<=2)=P(K<2)+P(K=2)=1/2
(c)CDF of K
F(k)=P(Kx)=
